- **Local-First Data Storage**: All your high scores, unlocked levels, player alias, and sound/haptic settings are stored strictly locally on your Android device using a private SQLite database (Room).
- **No Sensitive Permissions**: Snack Rush does not request or access device location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage files, or biometric data.
- **Family & Children Friendly**: The gameplay is designed for general audiences and adheres to family-safe standards without collecting personal identifiers from children.

## 2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Snack Rush stores game-related data in a private, sandboxed local database on your device:
- **Player Nickname / Alias**: A custom username chosen by you to display on the local in-game leaderboard.
- **Game Progress & High Scores**: Highest unlocked level, cumulative snacks caught, high scores, star ratings, and combo stats.
- **User Preferences**: Audio toggles (sound effects, background music volume) and haptic vibration preferences.

*Note: This data never leaves your device and is not synchronized to external proprietary servers unless you explicitly back up your device through Android OS backup services.*

## 3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To support ongoing game development and provide optional gameplay perks (such as bonus shields or extra revives via Rewarded Video Ads), Snack Rush integrates the **Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK**.

### Google AdMob
- **Ad Types**: Snack Rush uses user-initiated **Rewarded Ads** (where you choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game items) and standard test ads.
- **Data Collected by Ad Networks**: The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain non-personally identifiable technical information in accordance with [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Play Services policies, including:
  - Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID, Android ID).
